Terrible experience at the store today. Only one person at sales counter and he never acknowledged my presence. He was involved with a customer with a detailed order. After 20 minutes, the customer turned around and apologized for taking so long, but not the employee. I replied that it was not his fault but that I had a timing problem and needed to leave soon. Still no reaction from employee. I waited another 10 minutes and left. The employee never made eye contact or said anything to me in the 30 minutes I was there.

I ordered a closet shelve system from these folks. The salesman was very helpful but when the rails and brackets came in it didnt come with the screws to attach the rails to the wall. I specifically asked for these when I placed the order. I contacted the salesman and he stated the rails didnt come with the screws that they were sold separately. I told him I specifically requested screws so anyway I ordered WHITE screws from him paid all the shipping and when the screws arrived they were standard nickel screws NOT WHITE! I emailed the salesman for a refund and after several emails and a lot of time I finally received the return ticket but the return ticket stated the product had to be shipped from a UPS store not a drop off. The closest one was 30 miles away so I took the screws to a UPS drop off and paid shipping back. To this day and over a month later I keep getting the run around about my refund they need this or that in order to process it. Now they have given me the number to a different person to call. This is not a lot of money only 40$ but this has been a mess from the startI recommend finding another company to deal with because this one doesnt have their stuff together. UPDATE; I finally got in touch with the person that processes the returns and she initiated the return and the money is back in my account. Minusthe shipping I paid both ways so basically I lost about 20$ on the entire process.
