Natural Elements

This is my very 1st time visit Natural Elements, let alone a place where I start on Locs journey. Shawn is down-to-earth woman I ever met. Overall, I 1000% love it.

Im not sure what stylist contact information I received but I cant say anything in my review that hasnt already been said. For future customers believe the reviews when more than one person has endured the same horrible experiences. I experienced a lack of professionalism, was given the run around, reached out multiple times just inquiring about an appointment time and simply not valuing new customers. I even told the stylist I spoke with that I googled them and read the positive reviews and decided to go with them hoping that would help make her want to schedule me as soon as possible but no I was sadly mistaken. I assume this business doesnt want to grow its clientele.

Shawn is well gifted and so warm welcome!!! I recommend anyone to go here for natural hair to grow!! I was too satisfied with my locs and color!!

I love the professional, warm friendly atmosphere that Kayla provides at her salon,I recommend it to anyone,iam from out of town and I travel here to Birmingham for the great care and hair management that I received,thank you Kayla for a great experience and hair care.
