I love this community, and Ive never felt stronger or more in tune with my body. As a womens health NP, I cant recommend True40 enough to female patients across all stages of life!

Hands down my favorite workout in Birmingham! The BEST workout for any stage of life, but it has truly helped rebuild my muscles postpartum. I cant recommend enough for pregnancy and pp. They offer constant modifications to protect any injury or discomfort you experience. And the modifications are still making you stronger! The entire experience from when you walk through the door is absolutely amazing and unheard of in the fitness world. Its community over competition mindset. Kaitlyn, Sydney, Rebecca and the team are the kindest and most encouraging people. Kaitlyn, the owner teaches weekly and always makes herself available to her clients and their needs! Sydney, the studio manager//coo, also teaches weekly and makes everyone feel so welcomed and loved! Rebecca is their administrative queen and loves on my twins while I get my workouts in! If youre on the fence, give it a try and you will not be disappointed! I cant imagine not having True40 in my life. Youll feel the same too
