        Professionalism apparently IS NOT an aspect of this establishment’s customer service model. Repeated calls for mirrored furniture tops with provided measurements went ignored. I’d much rather pay more to a reliable company that doesn’t waste my time.

        After calling several times and even speaking with the guy there, no one has yet to show up to measure my windows. Now, getting someone on the phone has become almost impossible. Smh. What happened to good customer service? Has the world become so corrupted that people don't even care? Sadly, these are the same people we depend on.
