We couldnt have had a better experience remodeling our basement into a mother-in-law suite. They listened to what my mom wanted and made it happen. This review is long past due. D F Hughes was highly recommended to me by a friend. It all started with a meeting with Darrell and his kitchen designer and Proj Mgr, Nicole. They listened to my ideas (which were a lot of what ifs) and came back with two different designs. We picked the one that most represented what I wanted and we worked from there. We took 3 separate spaces and opened it all up. I now have a larger kitchen and a large living area. The change in my home is monumental. The team who did my work were very professional, neat and on time. Like any project when you take walls down to the studs we had some unexpected gotchas but when found, a plan was quickly made to right the wrong. Darrell, Nicole and everyone else who worked with me was top-notch. Thank you for your ideas and execution of the plan. It is many months after the project and I still walk in and smile.
