Gastro Health - Grandview

I use my work vehicle during the week. Which my CC for work and gas card are in my work bag. I had an appt today I didnt have personal card, I forgot to grab it. I asked if if I could play through the portal or do tap pay from my phone, both of those options were no. I was then advised that I couldnt be seen because I couldnt pay the $25 co-pay. Its clear that these doctors are more about profit than care Because if a $25 co-pay is going to break, I dont know if I want to come back. I offered to pay two different ways and both were rejected.

I appreciate the way you accommodate my distance from your office. Providing virtual visits is allowing me to have access to the type of care I'm looking for and that is not available in my home location.

Phone contact was excellent. I was a little nervous however, office staff, nurses and my NP, Lauren Downey was amazing. I am so happy I have found NP Lauren, she went above and beyond during my visit to help me understand my illness. Laurens knowledge and professionalism was so calming for me. I am thankful I found Gastro Health.
