Florist & Gift Shop

Ordered flowers for my grandmother, was told she could make a beautiful arrangement. She delivered dead roses to my grandmother. Agreed to fix it by making another bouquet and the work just wasnt quality. Expensive lesson learned but I wont use her again. Thats all.

First and farmost I believe in integrity,I ask this women was her shop near crestview she told me yes I explained I was at the VA near King Buffet I wanted a flower shop near that area she gave me the impression she was near,q w wqwwqqqwqweq a Aupon driving to her flower shop it was 18 min 13 miles from where I was I had to get on 20 west GPS had me all over I get way over on Ensly 5 pints w get there very disappointed. Her shop was a mess she was not presentable as an enturprenurer, my flowers were no done in a spirit of excellence I wanted to cry! Florist and Gift Shop NOT A GOOD EXPERENCE in an area I wouldn't want to there when the sun goes down! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This florist absolutely went the extra mile for me. I found I had a need at last minute and found everyone closed, even though their hours said they should be open. This lady was so helpful and delivered my flowers the very next day and sent me a great picture of my flowers.

Five star rating for kindness and professionalism! Ms. Kim was respectful, honest, and kind. This business is open on Saturdays which is also a plus.
