        If you are looking for a place to workout in downtown bham x4 is the best place! The workouts are different every day, they give you a lot of variety in the exercises and I have noticed an increase in my endurance and strength since I started exercising here regularly. The instructors are all really amazing, encouraging and energetic. The facility is absolutely beautiful and very clean!

        I have been going to X4 in Homewood for a little over a month now & it is the BEST!! Chris & Zach are amazing and the community is like no other! As a former division 1 & professional athlete, coming to X4 has been the closest thing to feeling like an athlete again!! I feel the best Ive felt in years!! Definitely recommend to anyone!!
