Chick-fil-A

I hate leaving a bad review for a franchise that normally has fantastic service, but this is not your standard Chick-fil-A experience. The servers are rude and inefficient. It's already bad enough that you are at a hospital (possibly having the worst day of your life), but come to this location and you will probably end up leaving disgusted with people and the lack of basic people skills that they possess. Then again, the food was okay ... Just overpriced and a long wait.

This Hospital Restaurants seem to hire Ghetto. That goes for the Subway next door which is in this Hospital. And the Starbucks has hired criminals. Best bet is to order from Buffalo Wildwings down the street. So This Chick-fil-A has low McDonald's ratings and for a reason. Food is not great. Service is not the real Chick-fil-A way. Order from restaurants down the street such as Hattie B, Buffalo Wild wings, there's a Publix down the street and a Chipotle and a better Starbucks. All in Walking distance.

The absolute worst CFA Ive ever been to. Ive been here multiple times. The order is never correct, missing sauces, rude employees, takes forever. Horrible every time I go.

Rude employees waited over 20 minutes for bad food soggy. When I questioned the order because we needed the left off pickles. They got very rude. I walked off and went back to table to eat. We were almost done the manager came over and was rude again. At that point we were over it. They were trying to start an argument. We are at a hospital with our son in serious condition. How awful you can be to someone. Will never eat at a this stupid fast food nightmare again.
