        Paid $500. For a pair glasses that I already had and they didnt do what they were supposed to do and they wouldnt refund me my money back. Never again!!!!!

        They OBVIOUSLY do NOT know what a schedule is. When you're on the schedule for a 10:30 a.m. surgery and don't get called back til almost 2 p.m. SOMETHING is WRONG!!! There is absolutely no reason to make a patient wait over 3 hours for a scheduled surgery!!! DO BETTER!!!

        Dr Callhan and Dr Knox are THE BEST!!! I have a complicated eye history and they have done wonders. Top notch doctors can't say enough good for them.

        Been the driver for a patient that has been to the 2nd floor surgery floor four times in last six months. There is no reason someone should be still waiting in the Lobby two hours or more after their appointment. The procedure took only 30 but you wait a minimum of 3 hours before you're taken back to preoperative
