        Ive been seeing him about 15 years always courteous on time and doesnt rush through appointments explain things where you can understand. I wouldnt change from him and would highly recommend him to family and friends

        My family has gone to Dr. Owen for years. He is a phenomenal surgeon and an amazing doctor. His staff always go out of their way to make appointments effortless.

        Dr Owen is a great doctor ,he did my cataract surgeries and keep the pressure in my eyes down for my glaucoma .

      I’m sorry you had to wait. I try to see patients in a timely manner but sometimes unforeseen circumstances result in our office running behind.
