        Brides beware. Do not rent this venue in the summer. They dont have an efficient central cooling system and there have been multiple weddings in the summer here where everyone had to leave because it was so hot and the brides family was given a refund. Any other time of year, this venue is beautiful and would be a perfect but its definitely not worth the risk to book in the hotter months. The venue was not offered to us in the month of July even upon asking if we could bring our own AC units to supplement.

      Thanks for taking the time to read our reply. Alabama is famous for summer heat, and our A/C does the best it can to keep up. In the dog days of summer, it’s going to be warm here, which we informed this couple and her parents, so they chose to get married somewhere else. If you must get married in the depths of summer, and don’t mind the heat, then please consider us. Or, better yet, pick a cooler month and see all of the 5-star reviews from our happy couples. We look forward to the opportunity to make your wedding amazing.
