Before a sweater that I had put in the cleaners came up missing and the little midget lady denied that I had done so, nonetheless I let it go because it had only cost 15.99....Bu a month later I had shirts that were suppose too be launder which would have cleaned my collar, but instead she had a nasty attitude by saying that my shirts were old.... When I brought it to her attention that the shirts were dry cleaned she stated that I was wrong and that I did not know what I was talking about.... Nonetheless I did not argue with that dwarf, but realized that she had a bad attitude towards me as a minority and as a result I would never go back there again and I would surely tell everyone not to patronize that cleaners again Service: Alterations

I have used this cleaners over 2 years prices was fair for a while everytime I tok clothing to the cleaners the price went up twice the amount for the same clothing. There was things I complained in addition to them , but to no avail, this last time I placed them in I went by to pick them up on Saturdays 3 times they were never there in the building but I kept trying to pick my clothes up was there. Recently I get a call today telling me Bony we closing, by a woman.
You need to come get your clothes Itold her I'm in the hospital I cannot get out the hospital She said we're closing refused to make any arrangements. if someone should come get your clothes to close the woman was stressing me
she lack compassion!n I told her I am not able to check myself out Brookwood hospital to pick up my clothes. I only have a service dog. No one can come today. There is no notification on line of their store closing. This is appalling, very poor service. I am not surprised about the poor rating. I cannot loose my clothes. No forward address , no names where do one go for remedy, or legal ramifications, no name! So unprofessional. Will not give you your clothes unless you have cash if its under $10. Ridiculous!

I used them for a while. I even tried to overcome the attitude by the lady in the front. Very Rude! Quality Cleaning...However, I prefer a business that appreciates my loyalty.
