Summit Cleaners

Horrible business. We took two suits to be dry cleaned, one of which was a custom-fit grey suit. Both were Joseph Abboud suits. Summit Cleaners ruined both and destroyed the lining of both jackets. When we met and called the store, we talked with manager Dawn Bearden. Dawn was extremely defensive, mean, and unhelpful. She would not refund the cleaning cost, and would not replace or pay to have the suits repaired. We asked several times for the name of the owner of the business and she refused to provide and slammed down the phone each time. We were told that the owner would contact us, but no one ever called to resolve the issue. You get much better service at Park Place Cleaners on the corner of 150 and Shades Crest Parkway, and I encourage everyone who reads this review to take their dry cleaning to Park Place.

Always have my dry cleaning right and offers alterations. Never had to wait too long either.
