Let me tell you about "friendly fire". One of your own just hurt you bad.
Trussville #1332 just raised the benchmark so high, but effortlessly and gracefully. We, your customer, now believe that every single store in your company should be as beautiful & clean as this location. It should be remarkably merchandised, stripped, faced. [If you ever work retail, you know & you also know that crushing feeling when someone destroys your hard work]
This store is a shining example of
1. Great leadership
2. Amazing teamwork
Constant and consistent work to ensure they were not just striving for improvement. They wanted to own perfection.

But you can fool me for long... No no. I looked for 1 hour, 28 minutes and 19 seconds.... And when I found it...I screamed my joy. (Associates, Loss Prevention and customers had thought I lost my mind [too late for that])
I found the 1 item out of place. Yes sir. It felt like a weird Easter egg hunt. But I didn't get any candy.
Thank you for making me feel bad because I didn't iron my clothes before walking into this bright diamond. [Don't tell my Mother]
