        Dr. Long is very friendly and takes care of his patients. He doesn't keep you waiting and he is very thorough.

        He does not listen to patients. My surgery failed. He refused to admit it. He doesnt care if you are in pain. He has a god complex. He may have done wonderful things for others. Im sure he has had many successful surgeries, but listen to patients because that is not always the case. He is human, bodies are different, and he needs to listen when a patient says there is something wrong instead of denying it! If a surgery fails, its not necessarily the doctors fault, but talking down to patients and ignoring them is!
