Dr Echols himself is ok. No real prob with him. How ever his front desk personnel whom had my insurance card , license and info who looked it up allegedly & said I was covered and took my copay each time suddenly calls and tells me I owe $800.00 and wasnt covered after all. Well, that is her job to ensure he is a provider for me! Every doctor ive been to they make sure my insurance is covered. Saw him 3 times paid co pays no mention of me not being covered. IM NOT PAYING $800.00 and will fight this the whole way. She needs more training or another job. Complete ridiculous it took 3 visits and 3 copays before she sees my insurance wasnt covering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office. I have family there I will be sharing this with as well.
