Comfort Plus Family Dental

I have an emergency. I called to schedule an appointment, their website mentions that they speak Spanish, the receptionist hung up on my call when I asked her if she spoke Spanish. Terrible service

I just called to see about getting an appointment and the lady hung up in my face!!! First I asked did they take walk-ins she said no. When it's says on the website they do .Because I wasn't sure about waiting till the 10th of April to be seen cause I doubt if I could make it that long. Guess she got an attitude Then I called right back and she did not answer. If you can't have great customer service skills then why are you answering the phone!!! I will take my business elsewhere

Dr Gutti greeted me immediately upon entering this morning with a big smile, hello and good morning. I was very relieved their office was able to work me into the schedule. They all have excellent chairside demeanor. Dr. Gutti took time to review my symptoms, listened closely and offered solutions. I actually look forward to my follow-up visit in several weeks as everyone helped me to relax and feel comfortable. 100% recommend to Birmingham residents, we're very fortunate to have Comfort Plus Family Dental as part of the community.

Ive been going to this Dentist office for maybe a year and a half nowmy Husband and I. I was told I needed to have a root canal done, I was terrified and became to afraid to book the appointment for that procedure. I knew I had to have it done or it would cause more damage to my other teeth. So my appointment was scheduled and I showed up for it . When I arrived at the dentist office I was so scared, yes a grown woman scared of dental work. I was called and taken to the back with Ms. Linda, she was warm and friendly from the beginning. When I tell you ALL this turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life..meeting this beautiful, kind soul. She was so compassionate and had so much empathy for me, stranger. She could tell I was panicking and in fear. She kindly explained the procedure with me, welcomed all my questions and concerns. We talked about life and her story was sooo inspiring. Whether she knows, she inspired me to be brave and courageous for my procedure. As we talked, I felt my heart beat slow down and I came out of panic stage. Ms. Linda, made me feel like everything was going to be ok and it was. She was just simply awesome. Every doctor/dentist office needs a Ms. Linda, she truly cares for people. Dr. Gutti was professional and wonderful per usualthe entire staff are ALL SO KIND AND AMAZING AT WHAT THEY DO, including breaking down your bill. My Husband and I love this dentist office. And by the way, the root canal procedure was amazing. Dr. Gutti and Ms. Linda explained everything they were doing during my procedure. They even showed me the nerve that was taken out. It was pain free and I was in extremely great hands . Thank you for all you do.
