        Frustrating experience at this BM location. I stopped by today to purchase specific items which I found myself. I was never acknowledged by the employee even after waiting at the counter for a while to check out. She was talking to the only other customer in the store who was asking for all kinds of free samples while I waited as a paying customer. I drove across the parking lot to Sephora and found what I needed there instead.
