Place is a disaster!!!! Company has really gone down hill especially with new management . They tell you during interview youll get a quarterly raise but count your days. Some one mentioned it feels like a family here but I guess they worked at a location out the country. They expect you to do extra work without getting extra pay. They will butter you up real good to take the job offer. If you work in the warehouse part good luck. You will definitely be waaay under paid and will be doing twice the work. The company claims employees gets a bonus every month but will find anyway possible not to give it . It can be a small piece of paper on the floor and they will make it a reason not to get bonuses. I guess we wasnt 5(S)ing or spring cleaning the plant to their standards. It can be a ok job too while you off til you find better. I wouldnt recommend this place for long term employment. They dont do background checks so if you have a felony youre welcome to come work there.

It hits different when you have to give a job one star. The job started off ok at first . Once you put in time youll see that nobody knows what is actually going on. It came be the most common questions asked at a job. How many days I have for PTO, How many points , When do we get raises or how do the bonus system work and I can bet my bottom dollar nobody will be able to tell you. The people in France have better equipment and people that knows how to fix machinery while the one here is lacking . Can be a good company but needs lots of improvements and retraining.
