I have been an employee of encompass for 3 years. The company is the best I've worked for in my 16yrs of nursing. When internal issues arise locally, the regional and corporate teams step in to ensure things are addressed fairly for all parties involved. Everyone matters with encompass, the employees and patients. I am truly glad to be apart if the Encompass family

I've been on the security team at encompass since 2017. I truly do not have enough good things to say about encompass health as a company. In September 2020 my father had a very serious case of covid that required him to go to the lakeshore location where they taught him how to feed himself walk again etc and get some quality of life back.
July 17th 2023 I lost my mom after a 13 year battle with cancer and had to take some time off. When I came back from FMLA so many employees were very caring and kind and just loving. All the support has just made this experience of losing my mom easier to deal with because the people out here truly do care and it shows.
As for working Monday through Friday at this location, everyone from reception to hr, property management, itg, executive department. Everyone is so welcoming and inclusive it truly is a family type atmosphere and I'll always be thankful for my time spent working with Encompass health home office. It truly is an amazing company in every sense of the word.
