      image Not a fan. I purchased my home from the original owner. Energy efficient the houses are...but WOW the corners they cut on everything else!! Pretty much all the building materials are cheap...flooring, counters, cabinets, light fixtures, baseboards, etc. Don't get me started on the apartment sized dishwasher! In at least two of the closets, the walls were completely bowed. The shower in the master bath was tiny and the unused soaking tub turned a strange shade of yellow in the base. Definitely not a quality built house--would not recommend.
