        Ive lived here in the Burger Phillips building for three years now and I love it because I can walk to my gym (24e), The Pizitz Food Hall, Sidewalk Cinema, RR Park, tons of restaurants and coffee shops, the library, museum, City Walk, Protective Stadium and countless other things within minutes. The Alabama and Lyric Theaters are only one block up and when events like Artwalk come around I can just walk out my door and its right here. I work from home so its nice to be able to go several days without driving anywhere. The historical architecture and character of the building have been well maintained and more buildings on the street are being renovated as we speak. Its fun to be here in the middle of everything watching all of the progress and life come back downtown. Selling my house in the burbs and moving downtown has been the best decision Ive ever made and its only getting better.
