Metro by T-Mobile

Horrible! I went in to get the new Revvl V 5G. I told the girl exactly what I wanted. She rang me up and was putting it together and told me I got the wrong case. Upon further inspection - she got the wrong phone. They have refused to refund my money, even after the store manager told me she would. I tried to contact their owner Cell Touch to speak with the district manager. They hung up on me. Extremely rude! TMobile and Metro say they can't do anything about it because it's owned by the other people. I have reported it to my card company and disputed the transaction. Update 8/20/22 my card company agreed and rejected payment. Yay!

Martha was very very rude sneezed in my face and called me ugly names because I disagreed on the price she quoted me that I had been quoted for cheaper a few days earlier will never return to this store

I just want to say that Catherine or Cat was so helpful in my visit. I was frustrated because my former provider wasnt compatible with my UNLOCKED iPhone so Cat helped me switch services and all the while helping me to keep my original cell number. I greatly appreciate her for taking the time out and making sure I was set and ready to use my new iPhone. Thanks so much Cat!
