        MY UNCLE WAS TOLD THAT HE COULDN'T RETURN A BRAND NEW PHONE AFTER HE FOUND HIS LOST ONE... PLUS THEY GAVE HIM A DEBIT CARD RECEIPT WITH ONLY THE AMOUNT ON IT. NO PURCHASE AT ALL. Y'ALL ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IMMEDIATELY!

        After being with this company for 9 years, I had to go! From the representative in the store being unprofessional and rude to them lying about how much a product cost. Just so they can pocket the money was enough for me.
