        My new phone stopped working and to get the sim card activated in the unlocked phone I already had I was told I needed to go to a store and prove my identity. The employee at the metro pcs store refused to help and said he did not know why I had to come to the store and make my problem his problem. I asked for his supervisor and he immediately called 911. While threatening to kick the metro pcs customers as* and asking for help from law enforcement at the same time he realized he was retarded and hung up on 911. I want to speak to the person in charge of this store immediately
