They only cleaned the parts of the carpet that really needed it, which resulted in a lower bill than I had anticipated. Jonah, the professional technician, employed excellent carpet cleaning techniques and tools. He ensured no damage was done to the carpet or home. He even provided before and after photos of the carpet cleaning process. I was truly pleased with the results.
