        Once sale was made, salespeople did not seem to care about problems. Typical excuses were made. No manual for my navigation system came with the vehicle. I was promised one in a week. Two months later, I was first told there was no manual, then told to come in and they would download it onto my nav system, then manager said there was one, and he would call Honda and get it for me. We shall see!

        Service is great even I live 3 hours away purchased a 2023 honda odyssey and they were able to reserve one for me I'm satisfied with my purchase from them

        Unable to follow through with sale. Sales staff was rude. Hidden charges and added charges. Was able to find another new car elsewhere cheaper and from a more dependable Honda dealership. Look elsewhere. Would not recommend.
