Closets by Design - Central Alabama

We are so pleased with Closets by Design, that we will be having more work done. From start to finish, it was a great experience. My wife made contact with Closets by Design. That Saturday morning, Alexis our sales representative showed up and got right to work. Within 3 hours she was able to help us design, measure and give us a cost. She did an amazing job on telling us about the product. After Alexis left us, and a date was set up for install, we did our prep work, by taking down the existing shelving and repainting the walls. We were so glad that we did that work, because we got a call, that there was a cancellation and we were able to have our closet done 2 weeks earlier. For installation, we had Demetri as our installer. I want to commend him, for the pride he showed in his work and how much of a perfectionist he was while installing our closet. You wouldnt have known it, but I called his supervisor (Larry) the next day and told him how great of a job that Demetri had done. He said that Demetri had only been working there for a short period. I mentioned to Larry that we are going to be having more work done by Closets by Design and that we would like for Demetri to be our installer. Thanks to all for a job well done, Brad and Kim Hudson

Closets By Design helped my closet idea and vision come to life! Our designer, Kristina, saw pictures of what I was thinking, and she drew up the perfect design. She made the process so easy from start to finish and helped me stay within our budget. Our installer, Wayne, also did an outstanding job. Everything looks perfect. My closet turned out amazing. Starting the process was very easy and the buildout was done exactly to the specifications. The installers were friendly and professional. I do need to add they were late both days so that kind of threw my day off a little bit, but they got the job done with no issues. Overall, happy that this was the company I went with after getting quotes from a couple of others.

Great customer service! After a slight hiccup, Jerry stepped in and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and assembled correctly. Chris did an excellent job on the install. Would definitely recommend.
