I reached a point in my company where I knew I needed to develop our different team's leader's vision to match our own's. We've been able to assess and then change our leader's vision and purpose. As a result my company's culture and it's employees moral have benefited greatly with what we've learned and have been able to apply, not only here in the office but also at home with our families. I would think you'd be hard pressed to find someone here say they haven't personally improved while working here and I know that it is a direct reflection of bringing on this consulting group. We have principles that we now are moving forward with and are experiencing results in real time.

As our company began to grow I searched for a coach who could help me manage both my business and personnel life growth. When I first met Brent I was in one of the toughest personnel situations I had ever experienced. Through our in person meetings and metric trackers I was able to navigate through this circumstance and also keep our business on track for continued success. It is through our meeting that I have learned what a great listener Brent is, and often when I talk with him I answer my own questions. A few years ago I was at a significant transition point in my career as our company and our team were growing rapidly.
