        Very rude unprofessional they hours are from 8-12 Not enough time for people who have full time jobs to make it to donate. They center manager Monica is awful. The new staff they have is very slow and need to be trained properly and speed up they process. They have u waiting in line for hours and hours and I think thats unacceptable. So if u can avoid going to CSL please do its more plasma center with good workers out here and also they pay way more.

        Called to make sure they were open because it always saids closed online and the woman i spoke with just hung up on me! I still had more questions guess she was done though. Don't know if i want to go there anymore.

        the supervisor allow them open the store when they get ready this is jst not the place u want to go like right now the website say open an u want to call before u go but they refuse to answer the phone an u get there an they close
