Don't go here.
The staff is unprofessional. Their doctor hasn't been in in two weeks and no one can tell me when they're there, but I'm on hold for some unknown reason until they get it together.
I am a trans man and am male-passing (have been for years) and still get "ma-am"d by their staff every time I go in because there's zero trans competency and all the staff does is look at the paper that aligns with your license.
There are about three staff members who have it together and actually pay attention, but other than those select few, everyone else is not good. I won't be returning; they can meet their quotas with someone else's plasma and time.
Tl;dr
This center does not know what they're doing, and (especially if you're trans) don't go.
