This staff has been amazing by helping me during the death of my mother. Nic and team really helped me get everything organized and went the extra mile by checking on me when they didnt have to. Cant recommend them enough!

I have been using Cadence Bank for several years. Every time I go in, Ross Silas and all of the other employees (Fran, Rashema, Bridgette and Cindy ) always speak to me and are so friendly. Its refreshing to deal with a bank that cares and takes the time to know my name. If you are looking for a bank, take a look at Cadence. They are awesome.

Horrible customer service. Sign up for overdraft protection yet, it never does it, not even by a penny. Was told that I had to go in to sign up for the overdraft credit limit, went in to see Nic, was treated poorly and questioned why I wanted to sign up since I haven't deposited for awhile. I work 6 days a week and don't live right next to the bank. When I told him about the poor customer service on the phone and that I wanted to cancel my account, he literally sprang into action and said "We can close your account, because I don't feel comfortable letting you sign up for that" What? Doesn't it go off my credit? It only affects me. Bad bank. STAY AWAY! There's plenty of other banks who want to keep customers. If you want people to bank at your bank, how about you stay open later like other banks, don't make customers jump through hoops to do online banking, and don't push your own insecurities or something on your customers, if you're not "comfortable", GET OVER IT. It's based on MY credit bud. I've never felt more insulted in my life. I could feel his accusatory tone when he asked me "Why do you want it now" Nic doesn't care that there's a pandemic, people work and are busy, if I could've done it online, it would've been done a month ago.
