        I called the Birmingham location about an out of network atm withdrawal and the possible fees associated with doing so. I'm a new customer; She was extremely rude and hung up on me still talking to her !!!

        I withdrew a sum of money last week and with in that money was a counterfeit bill. This was caught by Truist when i went to deposit it that same afternoon. When I brought it back to Chase they accused me of putting that in myself and would not refund me the money, or exchange the bill. Chase does not stand by their product or support their customers. I have tried contacting the location by phone over this but in a week period have not been able to get ahold of anyone. Even when i call right at opening, I have tried the branch manager directly as well with no luck.
