        Thoroughly enjoyed getting a new account set up for my wife and I through Regions. The branch manager, Nick, helped us out and heard us and our financial situation entirely before making any suggestions. He was very easy to deal with and very kind.

        I entered the bank disheveled because earlier that morning my car was broken into and my purse stolen. I didn't know where to start but Josh H. greeted me as I walked in the door, I told him what happened and he immediately offered me a sit at his desk. Within minutes, he checked the account(s) for any unauthorized activities, canceled my checks and cards. I was even given a new debit card on the spot. His professional and calm demeanor was exactly what I needed at the time. I've been banking with Regions since I was a young adult. Because of their excellent and personal customer service, I will continue to bank with them.
