        I have visited this Regions branch almost every day for the past 2-3 weeks. They have been consistently friendly and helpful! They even gave my dog a treat when he came through with me.

        This Regions Bank drive thru has multiple lanes and every time I have been here they have took care of my business in a timely manner. This drive thru opens at 8:30 AM

        All employees should be trained with EFS checks. I went thru the drive thru on Tuesday Deposited an EFS check. Today I look at my account & the check was returned because the EMPLOYEE did not call, verify, and get the put the correct code on the check. I do not know of I will make it to the bank before it closes today & I need to pay my bills. This is beyond ridiculous because its the banks fault. I'm not happy with Regions! 1/14/21

        This location is a complete waste of your time. I scheduled an appointment, arrived a few minutes early and the doors were locked and no one let me in after minutes of waiting and they're supposedly open.
