Bryan, we certainly apologize for this. Unfortunately we have 2 high end builds in the shop right now that keep getting delayed with new issues arising and the one person who specializes in the work of these classic cars is now having to have back surgery. We are not trying to string you along at all, we had a schedule, the old classic cars had issues, and our staff was injured working on these old classics, resulting in the need for surgery. It’s hard to employ trust worthy, quality mechanics to work on the high end classics and we cannot rush through one persons project to get to the next. That’s not right or fair to anyone. Just as a one star review is not fair to us for being busy with work and having issues out side our control interfere with the schedule we originally laid out for you. It’s not stringing you along, it’s being up front and honest with you. Would you rather us say bring it on down and it sit for 6 months without being touched as we finish the other 2 projects and our tech recovers? We strive to be honest and fair, I apologize you are upset and disappointed, but please understand we are just being honest with you and fair to our many other customers we serve. There are not many shops in the Birmingham area that work on old cars, and it is not our specialty, but we do it because we love it and have a deep passion for it. But with that passion we must be fair to everyone.
