        The customer service is HORRIBLE! Not only have I been calling for weeks with no answer, but when I did finally get someone on the phone I asked the lady about bringing my car in for repairs and she told me they did not deal with my insurance company anymore. I stated that I would pay out of pocket, I just wanted them to complete the work because I have dealt with them before. She told me NO! They wouldnt work on my car and I would have to get someone else to do it. EVEN THOUGH I WAS PAYING OUT OF POCKET!!!
