I am giving this attorney 1 star only because you have to in order to leave a review. This attorney and staff are getting a big thumbs from me. I had an appointment on October first and had already sent all of the info to the attorney days before the appointment. (they weren't even aware of the fact it was sent and said the attorney had to look it over even though the appointment was supposed to already be in session) They called me 15 minutes late and asked for payment before I was even sent through to his legal assistant. While speaking with his legal assistant she stated that the appointment was going to have to be rescheduled on my time sensitive case. She informed me that I would get a call back later that evening to reschedule. Tuesday morning I called back because I never got the reset call that was promised. She informed me that she would call me back to reschedule and I never got a call back. I ended up having to contact another attorney where I got the answers that I needed . I called and asked for a refund for NO service. I never even spoke to the attorney and could not even tell you what his voice sounds like. Needless to say, his assistant has to get his approval for a refund but didn't have to get approval to accept my payment. The legal assistant was very unprofessional and could use some lessons in business etiquette. I am in a position at this point of having to dispute the payment with the bank and I definitely will be in contact with the Alabama State Bar Association. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time or money with this law firm.
