Derek you were the best choice we ever made when we were seeking out representation. You took such great care of all of our needs and didnt sugar coat anything. The best money I've ever spent. With out Derek Simms on my side there is no telling how lost or for how long I would be tied up in the court system. He is fast acting and efficient and he allways answers the phone for me. Just wish I had called him sooner. He's a Rockstar! I am very grateful.

From the first initial consult call that led to a meeting with Derek, I felt like I had found an advocate for my car accident case.
