        The apartments look alright from online, but Ive tried reaching out multiple times through their direct message option on their website, scheduling a tour, and calling and havent been able to get in touch with anyone in the office. I scheduled a tour and got no confirmation via email or text, and if I cant get a hold of anyone to touch base and ensure its concrete Id rather not waste my time and drive up there only to have to reschedule or fully cancel. A real shame

        I lived here for a little over a year and love the location and service. I feel that the ladies in the office took care of my needs and I miss being there. It was cozy and comfortable. Update! I forgot to meantion that Maxine was the best person I ever worked with. I don't know know what the complex would do without her.

        Lived here over 5 years and have seen this place at its absolute WORST ! Though lovely and empathetic Maxine has remained the face and heart of this place . Maintenance was really bad at times and Ron on medical but Vince and Ben have been consistent, didactive and thorough with everything and mainteinance now gives it a higher !

        I have spent months requesting to have my floors fixed. Today they fix them which was supposed to be done Friday, to only change my bathroom which would be fine if it were not a totally different design from the rest of my floors. Why not take the initiative to change it all if you know it will not match? That is poor service and the leasing office has yet to return my calls, though I expressed urgency. My tub has been redone twice and it is still peeling & there are few follow ups to ensure work has been done properly. I am also still waiting on my deck to be fixed which was something initiated by the complex before the summer and it now about to be fall. Not to mention I have had to unclog my own drains multiple time and not due to me clogging them.Every other week there is a plumbing issue and we have to deal with water shut off at the most inconvenient moments and now were pressure is worse than it already was.Maxine does the best she can, but when shes not in the office I dont get much accomplished

        Maxine is pleasure to work with, accommodating and always smiling ! I was able to walk my apartment, move in and begin setting up my new home a few days earlier than originally projected. Setting up the utilities and getting everything in was a breeze! Thank you Maxine
