Great location! Quiet neighborhood, close to a park, close to campus, close to the interstate. Management responds quickly to requests - Eric and Cole are easy to work with if issues arise. Love the off-street parking which is pretty rare for this neighborhood.

Lived here for 3 years and I'm so happy to finally be out. I've seen many different management teams come and go. All of which have never solved these problems: trash is every where, the whole building smells terrible (I hold my breath every time I leave the apartment), security, and theft. I've had packages stolen from me. Also, the water bill is a joke. Don't live here unless you want to pay other people's water bills. The rooms are spacy and the location is right on UAB's campus, but the environment is loud and the management is poor.

Probably the worst place you can live. Management is terrible and never stay past three months. Getting in touch with someone about your problems seem to be hard. They never answer the phone unless you are trying to move in. The price is not worth it. The doors that are supposed to be for security are always unlocked and the code never changed for years now. When you do talk to management they have no clue what's going on. Sometimes maintenance will say they have completed your request when they haven't. Charged me for a power bill but for some reason I still owe Alabama Power.

Very very bad, the staff is not helpful, I asked for maintenance several times and he comes and then says I forgot something downstairs, I will attend and then did not return, I strongly advise not to take an apartment from here
