        The employees don't seem to be knowledgeable about their products and services or trained well overall. The store will mess things up and blame it on another store or on a 3rd party. Be prepared to deal with children. Cindy isn't much better.

        Highly overpriced, very few things in here that's not available at the super-store across the street, and there does not seem to be any employees willing to assist or answer beyond saying "hello" when you come in. Waited 20 minutes after being told someone will help me shortly- no one came, one employee seemed to change aisles to avoid me. I think there were maybe 5 consumers in the store and at least 6 employees. Third trip, will not be a fourth to any of this chain's outlets again.

        Came in just before closing and desperately needed to use the pet wash and the employees sere super nice. The man and woman working the registers were super helpful and couldn't have been nicer.
