Majority of the staff is extremely rude, the only reason I gave them any stars is because of the 2 or 3 people there in the entire staff that care about doing their jobs effectively. The remaining staff treats this place like Auschwitz, zero respect for anyone much less themselves to be talking to people sideways like they do. If this business wasn't propped up by the government grants, hand outs, and bureaucratic red tape it would have long ago gone out of business . *************EDITED REVIEW************ I raised them from 2 stars to 4 stars once again it is due to the few people there that shine. I was brought into the directors office to make me aware that she heard about my situation and the employee that was aggressive and talked sideways to me and that wasn't how they operate. I did get the sense that she was genuine and not going off of a memorized script. The good employees are there but they are outnumbered sadly with the ones with big egos and bad attitudes.

I enjoy this clinic. All the nurses are pretty nice at the window. There's a big turnover of counselors but most of them are nice. They have an awesome peer counselor that is great to talk to Edward

Was just guest dosing due to their shortage. So had to wait to even transfer or become a new patient. Coming from a different state I understand different qualifications and procedures. Lets just say the head nurse ms. Regina is very unprofessional with a nasty attitude. Was once told to handle my business (which I did even before I came into the clinic) due to ms tameka negligence over the phone. As a woman best believe I handled mine an was able to dose after talking to the right people with the right attitude to help .very nerving that as a patient even guest dosing get treated as if I was in the wrong. Immediately went to another clinic and not once regret making my choice even if I had to drive even longer. Just that incident as a guest doser rubbed me wrong enough to go somewhere else and just cringe when tri county gets brought up. Kinda sad in my opinion since they have such a title and treating patients with nasty attitudes. Oh and come to find out kinda inconveniently I have a balance due there when I paid for every time I went. Hmmm kinda fishy to me. Even after the few times I went in after that incident got the same nasty stank face from the ablove named. Best believe with this review I went further up . But highly doubt anything will be done.

Yesterday I had a review with my counselor, the supervisor, the doctor and another lady who I believe is higher up in this facility! In this review I was totally disrespected by my counselor in several different ways. She asked a question and I answered it honestly but while I was answering her she cut me off clapping her hands snapping her fingers and yelling my name and scooting to the front of her seat as if this was a fight and not a discussion! Not once did I raise my voice not once did I interrupt anyone not once did I speak with hand gestures and not once did I move in my seat to make anyone feel threatened! But yet I had to leave this place with her threatening to drop my medicine by the week but also not tell me what that would do to my body! All day yesterday all I could do was cry! I am a mother of many children can u imagine how I feel as an adult being treated the way that I was in there. Made me feel underneath them all! How was that behavior suppose to help me?? I accept what I did wrong not once did I deny it so I never understood why was that necessary I woke up went back to the clinic today to see she dropped my medicine but also I'm still in tears! This only made me want to quit!
