if u use your bank bill pay they do not post them everyday and give u a late charge. example bill pay mailed check Oct 7 and warrior river says they did not get until Oct 19. this is mailed from bham. the staff is letting those checks pile up to give u a late charge every other month. they should go by us mail date stamp on the envelope. i plan to call the news about this scam!!

Closed on weekends. So if you can't pay your bill before two pm on a Friday YOU WONT HAVE WATER FOR THAT WEEKEND.

Absolutely the most lazy applications process since 2006. The utter lack of effort involved with taking applications online is embarrassing. It's 2021 let's make things a little more stream line.. Building an app for stream line application process is so simple an Oak Grove student could do it. I get reviews are useless. It's not like people can just drop the service. But WRWA really needs to step up their game to have such a frilly fancy Building. And so much pay and benefits involved I would think hiring a first year online buissness rep wouldn't be challenging what so ever. Step yalls game up it makes yalls job even more simple! I just don't see the con involved with improving service to customers and work load for employees. Even an open end doc with both applications ready to be edited on the spot with a click of a link would be 20xs more efficient then this joke of a system.
