On Point Auto Sales

My friend and I drove from Florida to Bessemer Alabama, a round trip of around 600 miles, to pick-up a 2008 Ford Truck for $7500 cash in an agreement between a person named Paul Amison and myself who claimed to be the owner of Trans Auto Sales. When I call him to tell him I was on my way and ask for a second time if the truck was ready and had no problems, he said it was ready to go and nothing was wrong with it. I arrived at his car lot at 3 p.m Monday to pick it up. Well come to find out the truck had brake problems and needed repair in which was not told to me at the time I informed Paul/ Owner I was on my way from Florida. Paul/Owner failed to tell me that there was a problem with the truck, but allowed me to drive a round trip of 600 miles and a total of 8 hours just to be scammed.When I got there someone was working on the brakes and I said to Paul/Owner you told me the truck was ready with no problem. He admitted that he knew of the problem that morning as he was talking to me on the phone. On top of that I wasted 5 additional hours waiting in town for the mechanic to repair the truck which he never did, but keep getting the round around from Paul/Owner where I finally got fed up and went back to Florida.I ask Paul/Owner to reimburse me for what it cost me to drive there total $736.00. As of this date he has refused to respond to any of my phone calls or text messages. BEWARE of this place as I think this Paul/Owner is a liar, cheat, bad business owner, and a all around low down, scammer to do this to me, but I will file a small claims suit in Florida against Paul and Trans Auto Sales.
