The tires and alignment were fine, but once I left, I discovered that the power window switch on my driver's door had been damaged. Also, the tire pressure light is now remaining on at all times.

Pep Boy's Bessemer is awesome. I have been dealing with them for years and won't let anyone else touch my vehicles but them. I go to them for everything. Mr. Clarence is awesome. Very respectful, very knowledgeable and very attentive to your needs. You won't find a better group of people to work with.

My daughter broke down by herself and called this branch to get a tow to their shop. After leaving her stranded for 2 hours, once they finally did show and haul($120 for a couple miles) her car to the shop the mechanic looked at it for less than a minute and said there is nothing he can do that shell need to take it somewhere else(which she did for another $160).
