This place is the biggest rip off. Weve had this unit for years but the current owners do everything that can to charge you more. My husband and I had to change our debit cards in September. This bill was one that was set up on auto pay on the old card. When we set up our new cards I over looked this payment. Fine thats on me. In November in response to an email I called them and paid almost $500.00 for October and November. My rent has gone from $69 a month to $159.00 a month. Still that should be $320.00 but they charged $180.00 in fees. When I spoke to the person in November I ask them to set this up on auto pay with the new card which they told me they did. On January 13th I went to the storage unit and they had a lock on the unit. I called them and they said I owed them another $460.00 for December and January. I tried to explain to the guy that it should be on auto payment but he said there wasnt a card on file. Later I looked on their website and we in fact had a card on file but they chose not to apply the payment. I talked to a girl yesterday and didnt get anywhere with her either. I told her I was going to get the balance to 0 and we would have the unit emptied by the end of this month. She said she would remove the $29.99 late fee but I would still have to pay the $130.00 fee. I paid the balance of $430.00 which according to the girl gave be a balance of 0. This morning I double checked, for no other reason than I dont trust them, and sure enough I had a balance due of $29.99. I also looked at their website and it says my unit rents for $39.00 a month! Yea right. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They will rip you off 6 ways to Sunday!
