Mr. Panepento went above and beyond to ensure our home TVs, surround sound system and wifi mesh system were installed perfectly. He actually went to the store and found speaker mounts when I could not locate my own. Mr. Panepento also took the time to ensure the acoustics were perfect for the surround sound system and provided a tutorial on the system. The knowledge he has is amazing and I really appreciate that he shared that knowledge and expertise with me. Best experience I've had in work being performed in our new home!!! True expert.

Michael did a great job installing my Bose Lifestyle 650 After lightning storm fried my lifestyle 48 . He was punctual and stayed as long as it took. The poor man even responded on Thanksgiving when my new Blu-ray player was having issues. It was bad out of the box. He had to come back and replace every one of my HDMI cables due to the lightning storm but meanwhile responded to my messages trying to help me get my cable back up. Hes extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

Mike did an excellent job installing my home theater system. He was punctual and efficient and has a breadth of professional A/V knowledge. He truly enjoys making the customer happy (as I was) and it's obvious he enjoys his work. I would highly recommend Mike for any A/V installation needs.
