        When I walked in there was only 2 carts and they were stuck together. Thought this is gonna be a short trip, I found a cart as I walked around. On a clearance rack that had shirts there was one that was marked 12.99, that's the original pricethere was 2 of them. I don't shop Big Lots that often because this store is just a mess.
